1.opening batsmen: CSK has a lot of options in opening batsmen who are equally consistent and experienced. On the other hand KKR has got openers but they are inconsistent barring uthappa

2.middle order: tthe middle order batsmen are the one who wins the matches for the team.While CSK boast some big names in the middle order,KKR has rather an inexperienced middle order who don't have an experience of playing under pressure situation. Also a lack of potential finisher will also be against KKR

3.spin bowling: analysing the squad both the team have quality spinners like marine,yadav in KKR and karn,bhajji and tahir in CSK.

4.fast bowling: KKR leads the fast bowling area. The reason I'm saying this is KKR has got a bunch of experienced and lethal pacers whereas CSK has an inexperienced fast bowling set up.

Overall the bowling department of both teams look balanced. But the inexperienced middle order and an inexperienced captain is what that will let down KKR.
